CINCINNATI, Ohio – A southwest Ohio mother has been charged with driving at 95 mph while intoxicated with four children in her car.
Cincinnati police said 40-year-old Kami Rice of Golf Manor was arrested early Friday on charges of child endangering, driving while intoxicated and having an open container – a 24-ounce can of Natural Ice beer.
Police said she was pulled over just after midnight while northbound on Interstate 71. Court records show the children range in age from 6 to 14.
She remained jailed Friday pending an initial court appearance. No attorney was listed for her. SOURCE
