It’s official. Mimi is headed to Vegas.

Despite a slew of lackluster performances, including the abysmal “Tree Lighting Ceremony” debacle,Mariah Carey signed on to do a residency at Caesars Palace starting May 6 running through the July 26th dubbed the “Mariah Carey #1s” in conjunction with the release of her forthcoming album with the same name.

“I’m going to do my first ever residency in Vegas at Caesars,” Carey said. “This is a special event for me!” “It’s a new chapter for me and I’m just excited about it,” the singer added.

Rumor has it Mimi will be banking more than Britney Spears’ whopping deals with Planet Hollywood that left her $million richer.

Tickets range from $55 to $250.
