A Columbus man by the name of Keith Allen has been charged with with felonious assault and two counts of rape and is being held in the Franklin County Jail with a $1.5 million bond.
Allen allegedly raped his live-in girlfriends 12 year old daughter and cousin and neglected to tell his girlfriend that he was HIV positive. Allen’s girlfriend found out about his disease from his mother after they had consensual unprotected sex. Court documents also state that the unidentified cousin is pregnant by Allen.
