Residents in Columbus are demanding more immediate action on plans to outfit cops with body cameras. A group at Wednesday’s City Council meeting, urged officials to move faster in light of last week’s deadly police shooting of 13-year-old Tyre King. City leaders reportedly, want to gradually roll out the cameras over 3 years to maximize costs and training. Critics say police need accountability and transparency now!
