Oh Wow!! Talk about a Wage Gap! Reports say that Today Show Anchor, Hoda Kotb, makes millions less than Matt Lauer. A huge $18 Million dollars less. Hoda officially replaced Matt as co-host of the Today Show, after he was fired for being accused of sexual misconduct. Prior to being let go, it was reported that Matt made about $25 million per year.

Now, in all fairness, Matt has been on the show for 20+ years, but is tenure a good reason for Koda to make so much more less than he did for doing the same job? Your thoughts?
