Franklin Twn Officer Seen Kicking Handcuffed Suspect Resigns

A Franklin Township police officer has resigned less than a week after a controversial video surfaced of him kicking a detained suspect in the head. The video went viral of the officer kicking an 18-year-old handcuffed suspect in the head. The officer had been placed on administrative leave while the department investigated possible misconduct.
