Diddy’s legal team is working hard to get him out of federal custody before his upcoming sentencing this fall. He’s facing charges tied to transporting individuals for prostitution, but his lawyers argue everything was consensual and tied to older laws that need rethinking.

They’re offering up a $50 million bond backed by his Florida property and promising he’ll hand over his passport and get mental health treatment. A judge already denied his release once, citing past domestic violence claims, but his lawyers say he’s stayed out of trouble since 2018.
