In an unfortunate set of circumstances Bow Wow’s mom Teresa Caldwell’s clothing store was recently seized by The IRS. The State of Georgia’s Department of Revenue has put a tax lien on Taste Clothing Boutique located in Atlantic Station in Atlanta, GA that is owned by Bow Wow’s mom and former Columbus, Ohio resident Teresa Caldwell.
