Former Jodeci member DeVante Swing was arrested at a Subway in Burbank, Calif. last weekend for public intoxication, reports TMZ.
Surveillance cameras in the fast food spot caught the whole spectacle. Cops say they received a call from a concerned citizen around 5 p.m. on Sunday after DeVante was sloppily crashing into tables and falling on the floor. Watch surveillance footage here.
When officers arrived, they arrested the 41-year-old singer for being drunk in public and carted him off to jail. He was reportedly released at around 11 p.m. after police determined he was sober.
Authorities have decided not to charge him with a crime, TMZ reports.
