HOLIDAZE AT WORK
For many companies, it’s party time: holiday party time, that is. And according to a new poll of HR professionals, 68-percent of companies are planning a holiday party this year. That’s up 6-percent from last year. But those who do go ahead with a party will do so carefully. Only 6-percent plan to shell out more money than last year, while 18-percent will spend less. Companies said they would cut costs by having the party on office property, making it BYOB, or asking employees to leave their spouses at home.

Is your company having a holiday party this year? Are they cutting back or going all out? Is a thrifty party better than no party at all? What’s the company party usually like? Do you and your co-workers go ca-razy?
