R. Kelly’s mansion in suburban Chicago is facing foreclosure. Kellz hasn’t made any mortgage payments since June of 2010, according to a foreclosure suit filed by J. P. Morgan Chase Bank. The Grammy-winning singer/songwriter hasn’t lived in the house in over a year and he reportedly stopped the mortgage payments in an attempt to force the bank to modify his loan.R. Kelly’s mansion was appraised at $5.2 million in 2009, but by 2010, the value had plummeted 26% to $3.8 million. The home is now worth less than the debt.
