Atlanta Journal blogger Rodney Ho claims that BET has pulled the plug on The Mo’Nique Show. Ho says in his blog that Mo’Nique’s sidekick, Rodney Perry, confirmed in a text that the show had been put on “indefinite hiatus.” In a subsequent conversation, Perry said that he got the bad news from Mo’Nique’s husband; Perry added that he hadn’t talked with Mo’Nique herself. On the bright said, Perry said that appearing on Mo’Nique has boosted his stand-up comedy career. Perry tells Rodney Ho: “I’m selling out shows now. That’s a win.”
