A Connecticut man has been arrested on charges he made threats against President Obama and the president’s family.
A federal judge ordered Joshua Klimas, 32, of Coventry, to be admitted to a local hospital for psychiatric evaluation following his arrest on Wednesday by Secret Service agents.
Federal prosecutors allege that Klimas sent a message in June to the White House website that contained several threatening statements against Obama and his family.
No phone number listing was found for Klimas, and it was not immediately clear whether he has a lawyer.
