Oprah Winfrey wants $7.75 million for her longtime condominium in Water Tower Place.
The media mogul who cut her chops in Chicago listed the four-bedroom condo at 180 E. Pearson St. yesterday, according to multiple listing service Midwest Real Estate Data LLC. The 9,625-square-foot unit on the 56th floor includes two kitchens and three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and will cost a new owner more than $9,000 in monthly assessments, according to a listing.
