Boxer Floyd Mayweather’s ex-fiancee Shantel Jackson is suing him! If you remember a few months ago Mayweather “got in his emotions” and posted a picture of paperwork from an abortion clinc claiming that Jackson aborted their twin babies and that is why they parted ways. Well according to Jackson that post was an invasion of her privacy and his abusive nature contributed to their breakup.
Floyd Mayweather may have a charming smile and debonair appearance, but behind those pearly whites is one big freakin’ a**hole.
Shantel Jackson says she was humiliated and allegedly abused by Floyd, her former fiancé, and now she’s filed suit against the champion boxer for assault, battery, defamation, invasion of privacy, intentional infliction of emotional distress, harassment and more.
Jackson enlisted the legal assistance of ferocious attorney Gloria Allred and the duo are out for justice. According to Jackson’s testimony during a press conference yesterday, “[Floyd] twisted [her] arm, choked her and forcibly took her phone away from her to look through it.” In April, 2013 he allegedly “bent her arm, restrained her, and pointed a gun at her foot, asking ‘Which toe do you want me to shoot?’”
The lawsuit also detailed an incident when Floyd allegedly held her at gun point demanding she remove her 17-carat engagement ring. On a separate occasion, Floyd released her personal information when heposted Jackson’s abortion documents on Instagram.
Mayweather has a history of domestic violence. In 2002 he was charge with two counts of domestic violence and one count of misdemeanor battery. On December 21, 2011, a judge sentenced the athlete to serve 90 days in the county jail for battery upon his ex-girlfriend in September 2010.
Floyd moved on from Jackson with a woman who goes by the name of “Bad Medina” on Instagram andJackson is in the early stages of a relationship with rapper Nelly.
