There’s a petition going around asking Governor John Kasich to delay schools in Ohio for 2 hours on Tuesday January 13th due to the Buckeyes playing in the National Championship game. The reasoning behind the delay is to ensure that students “in Ohio would be well rested and ready to learn. After a late night of cheering on the Buckeyes to victory, it could be detrimental to our learning environment if we are exhausted and experiencing laryngitis.”
