BOULDER, Colorado – A 12-year-old Colorado girl is accused of poisoning her mother – twice – because the mother took her cell phone away as a punishment.
The girl is being held in a juvenile detention center after a two-week investigation, according to KDVR.
The girls’ mother had noticed a bleach smell in her glass while drinking a smoothie, but thought that her daughter had cleaned the glass and simply had not rinsed it well enough. That’s why even though she felt sick, she was not alarmed until she smelled the bleach smelling coming from another one of her drinks!
