CLEVELAND- The former son-in-law of mobster John Gotti was indicted on charges related to a Cleveland police investigation called “Operation Goodfella.”
Carmine Agnello is accused of 16 counts, including possessing criminal tools, having weapons under a disability, aggravated theft and money laundering. His wife, Danielle Agnello, faces charges of acts of pollution and failure to apply for a scrap tire storage facility application.

The Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office said Carmine Agnello defrauded a scrap metal facility of more than $4.2 million. He weighed down scrap cars with dirt, then bribed employees, prosecutors said.
