Hot off the grill!  Grilled, barbecue red meat linked to cancer risk.  Research conducted by the University of Texas found flame-grilling red meat pan-fried, produced carcinogens, and causes the kidneys to work harder to flush the toxic chemical which produces the risk of cancer.  Fat drippings and high temperature grilling creates smoke which is full of chemicals and transfer onto the meat.  Don’t give up on the sweet taste of BBQ.  Lower the grilling temperature for the least amount of carcinogen, grill don’t burn, trim the burn, go lean, and load up on veggies.  Remember these tips when you deep fry your turkey on Thanksgiving Day!!  Bon appetit!  read more at the independent on msn.com
