Ohio is joining 15 other states in placing tighter restrictions on abortions. Governor Kasich signed a bill Tuesday, banning abortions after 20 weeks. Pro-life activists say that’s when a fetus can feel pain. The governor vetoed the so-called “heartbeat bill” that would block abortions once a fetal heartbeat is detected, which can be around 6 weeks.
