It looks like Usher may have scored a legal victory! That $20 million dollar lawsuit against him has been dismissed but, I wouldn’t be to quick to celebrate if I was Usher because the accuser plans to refile. Laura Helm, only dismissed the lawsuit because she wasn’t satisfied with her lawyer. Her new lawyer decided to dismiss the case without prejudice but with intent to refile the lawsuit in the coming weeks. It’s not over yet. I wonder how this will turn out?
