Stacey Dash is threatening to sue her own cousin Dame Dash over a movie. Apparently, Dame released a promotional poster for his new move titled, Honor Up, which features a picture of Stacey. However, Stacey says that she is not in the film. According to TheJasmineBrand, Stacey said, “I’m sorry that my cousin Damon Dash is using our family relationship to advertise his movie. I have no written contract with him or Kanye West’s company (who I have had no dealings with at all). No one is authorized to use my name or photograph for “Honor Up.”
Stacey mentioned that she is going to let her lawyer handle the situation. The film is executive produced by Kanye West and slated to hit theaters in February of 2018.
