Wait a Minute! Some new evidence has leaked and Nelly is actually admitting to having consensual sex with the woman that accused him of rape. The evidence does include photos and video of the night in question. Nelly and Monique Greene have very different accounts of what really went down. Nelly, who is in a relationship with Shantal Jackson, claims that he and Ms. Greene did have consensual sex that evening, both oral and vaginal, and she removed her own clothing. He claims that things took a turn when she became upset after believing that he was involved with one of the dancers on the bus.
Of course, Ms. Greene, has a different account of what happened that evening. She claims that Nelly forcibly removed her clothing and slammed her to the bed where he forced his self upon her. The event lasted at least 30 minutes and he did climax. After, he allegedly offered her $2,500 to stay on the bus until they reached the next stop, when she refused, someone else pushed her off the bus and Nelly threw a $100 bill at her. Washington State Police have completed the investigation and prosecutors have dropped the case because Ms. Greene refuses to testify.
