In sad news, Lil Mo announced last night on the Love and Hip Hop: NY reunion that she and her husband Karl Dargan will be expecting a little one. This would’ve been baby #6, but unfortunately she suffered a miscarriage last month. She did share the news on social media saying:

just now i watched the #LHHNY reunion and we were hype to share that we were expecting what would be baby #6 for me. thank you for all the congrats and well wishes. regretfully we lost the baby on Feb 6! BUT all is well. God has bigger plans and I know when the time is right, there will be another one!! #feb6 #rainbowbaby ?? #LHHNY.”
