Not So Good News for Sheree Whitfield. Her jail boo, Tyrone Gilliams, has been denied early release from a NYC Judge. The Judge denied his arguments and said that he did not present any new evidence.

According to the AJC, “Gilliams was sentenced in 2013 to a ten-year sentence for an elaborate Ponzi scheme that cost investors about $5 million. He was attempting to get his sentence shortened, arguing that he wasn’t the “leader” in his scheme, the government “improperly withheld” evidence, and his counsel had been “ineffective.”
He is set to be released November 14, 2022 from the Yazoo City, Miss prison.
