After Beyonce showed major loved to HBCUs during her Coachella performance and donating $100,000 to them, now some HBCUs are lining up big names to speak at their commencements.
Did you know that Black Panther star Chadwick Boseman is a Howard University grad? Now you do and so will the class of 2018 as he is set to be the commencement speaker for the 150th commencement in Washington, D.C. on May 12.
Boseman graduated from the HBCU in 2000 with a bachelors in theater.
CNN commentator will share her story to Southern University in Baton Rouge, Louisana on May 11.
