In very sad news, Tina Turner has lost her oldest son to what appears to be suicide. His name is Craig Turner and Tina gave birth to him at the age of 18 with saxophonist Raymond Hill. He performed with Ike’s band. Craig was adopted by Ike Turner after they married in 1962. He was 59.
Craig was in the real estate business in the San Fernando Valley. Reportedly, police found him dead at 12:38 p.m. of an apparent gunshot wound inside his home in Studio City, California.
