A few months ago, rapper Fabolous was charged with aggravated assault on a domestic violence victim and making terroristic threats, for allegedly punching his baby momma, Emily B.

Fab was expected to take a plea deal, which would have put him in a program for first-time offenders, and once completed the charges would be dismissed and possibly expunged. However, Fab decided to reject the plea deal, instead allowing a Grand Jury to decide his fate.

Fabolous’ lawyer Brian Nearly requested that the case be withdrawn from plea negotiations, the prosecutor said a Grand Jury would review the case early next month.

Despite the charges,  Fab and Emily have reconciled, and she even accompanied Fab to one of his court dates for allegedly abusing her and have been posting several photos of themselves and their family on social media.
