The F.D.A. seized thousands of documents in an impromptu inspection of the Juul Headquarters last week. They were looking for documents related to the company’s sales and marketing practices.

Juul has managed to corner the market and controls 72% of e-cigs sales. The F.D.A. is concerned with how much usage is with teens and young adults. They were looking for information that tells them that  Juul deliberately targeted minors as consumers.
