AKRON, OH  – LeBron James’ neighbor has put his home up for sale on eBay!  Click here to see the link to homeowner David Barry’s eBay page and to make a bid.

The home located at 4127 Idlebrook Drive features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and a little more than 3,500 square feet on a 2.5 acre lot. According to the Summit County’s Auditor website, the home is valued at $280,020.

The seller wrote in the home’s description:

“The property is directly next door to Lebron James, located in the city of Bath, Ohio. The home’s driveway is approximately 100 feet from the neighbor’s. With all the uncertainty surrounding the neighbor, as well as some developments in my own personal life, it’s time to find a new owner for this wonderful piece of property.”

So far, the highest bid is over $200,000 bucks…which could skyrocket if LeBron James decides to stay and play ball in Cleveland, Ohio.

The Cleveland Cavalier superstar and two time NBA MVP will enter the free agency on July 1st.

In a recent interview with Larry King, LeBron stated that his decision where he’ll play next will not be based on money, it will be based on where he thinks he can win an NBA championship.
