Alicia Keys joins Usher in receiving a leading four nominations from the Soul Train Awards.
The nominees were announced this morning — days after Keys gave birth to her first child, a son named Egypt.
Drake was another multiple nominee with three. Double nominees include Monica, Nicki Minaj, Janelle Monae, Erykah Badu and Sade.
As previously reported, a special legend award will be given to Ron Isley and Anita Baker. Terrence Howard and Taraji P. Henson will serve as hosts.
Among those scheduled to perform are R. Kelly, Badu, Monae, Freddie Jackson, Cee Lo and more.
The Soul Train Awards will air on BET and Centric on Nov. 28.
