According to XConnect: HALLE’S STALKER PLEADS NOT GUILTY! Halle Berry’s alleged stalker was arraigned yesterday, where he pleaded not guilty to felony stalking.  A judge in L.A. then issued a restraining order against Richard Franco prohibiting him from getting within 500 yards of Halle and her home for the next three years.
