MIDDAY TRENDING TOPIC: A school system in Oregon has taken a non-traditional route to try and lower the teen pregnancy rate by offering condoms to middle school students. According to the LA Times 42% of high schoolers are sexually active at Oregon school district, prompting a new policy on condoms
All the students have to do is ask a school counselor or administrator specifically for a condom and they will be given one. Some parents in the community are upset but I want to know how would you feel if Columbus Public Schools started doing this?
