Former New Orleans mayor, Ray Nagin called in to the Tom Joyner Morning Show today to talk about his new book “Katrina Secrets.”
In the book, Nagin describes the his own personal paranoia post-Katrina, the government’s response to the disaster and the struggle to gain assistance from FEMA.
