My, how time flies. A year ago today the public was clamoring for some news about the birth of Jay-Z and Beyoncé’s baby girl, Blue Ivy, and now the celeb tot is celebrating her first birthday. Mom and dad have been careful to keep her shielded from the paparazzi while she’s accompanied them to locales and events that mere mortals could only dream of, and 2013 is set to be another action-packed year for her.
