Daviena Clay, 22, was found dead Tuesday night and her father is looking for answers. The woman was found dead off Wildwood Avenue. According to sources, her eyes were duck-taped shut and police initially said said she may have died as a part of a Satanic ritiual. The 911 call said someone had wanted to sacrifice her to the devil.
“Something happened to my child,” said Ricardo Clay, Daivena’s father. “I love my daughter. I was with her Tuesday, the night it happened. She wasn’t gone from me more than two hours before it happened and I need to know why.”
Investigators are now in agreement that the ritual is not what happened. Two people have been questioned but were later released. Police are now waiting on a toxicology result to fully understand what happened. For more on this story, click HERE
