From Westerville South High School to Penn State University, Kijana Carter made his mark in the world of football.  He also spent 7 seasons in the NFL.  In 1995 he was the #1 overall pick in the NFL draft.  Kijana spent time in the NFL with the Cincinnati Bengals, Washington Redskins and New Orleans Saints before retiring to Plantation,  Florida.
