Anyone who knows me, knows that I am a strong supporter of empowering girls and young ladies. So, when I was asked to be a part of a video presentation for The Women’s Fund of Central Ohio’s KeyHolder event, I jumped at the opportunity. This annual event promotes the need to invest in the potential of women and girls. About a month ago, I had the pleasure of meeting the CEO, Nichole Dunn and the Communications & Engagement Manager, Sara Mitchell at Radio One. I had no idea that our meeting would lead to a life changing experience and opportunity. My portion of the video was taped at Radio One in the Magic studio, just  a few weeks before the event. I was a little nervous because I didn’t know what to expect, but the staff and crew were amazing. I saw the video for the first time at the event and I must say, I have never been captured so beautifully. The program was awesome. I left totally inspired and ready to continue to do my part in moving women and girls forward. I appreciate all that The Women’s Fund of Central Ohio does to promote equality for women and girls.
