There are more singers on reality TV than on record these days and 90’s girl group SWV is no exception. The second season of their WEtv show Reunited returned on August 14th. Leanne “Lelee” Lyons, Tamara “Taj” George and Cheryl “Coko” Gamble are now grown women with secrets that have been revealed through the show’s first season. But they say they didn’t let everything out.

“Well, they don’t know everything now,” says Lyons.

“I don’t think the world is ready for everything,” says George.

One of the biggest revelations on the show was that Lelee’s daughter, Margaret, was employed by an escort service. Her daughter is doing much better these days, Lelee says.

“She’s doing fine. She made some crazy decisions for whatever reason. She was in a dark place in her life and she basically felt like she was doing something right. My daughter suffered from low self-esteem and I think that was a result of how she felt at the time,” Lelee said.

Another secret revealed was Taj’ affair with an SWV producer, former RCA executive Kenny Ortiz, which no one else knew about until he was brought back to the show.

Although the groups says they have some input on what can and cannot be aired, Taj says she thought outing a past relationship was totally unnecessary.
