Uh oh, depending on how this turns out, someone may just need hands laid on them. Bishop T.D. Jakes is not feeling that Kendrick Lamar and Jeezy used part of his sermon in the remix song, “Holy Ghost.”

The song starts with a portion of Jakes’ message, “Don’t Let the Chatter Stop You.” Jakes’ took to Facebook and make a post stating that the song used a part of his message without his knowledge or consent.

Jakes went on to say that,“we are taking the necessary legal actions to stop the unauthorized use of T.D. Jakes’ intellectual property.” According to the The Dallas Morning News,  they could not find record of a lawsuit filed in federal court. Jakes’ spokesperson wouldn’t comment, saying they stay mum on legal matters.

Hmmm, this is kind of tricky. Do you think Jakes has a right to sue? Take our poll below.
