10 TV reports that officers arrested a man after a four-hour standoff with Columbus Police in east Columbus. Police say 23-year-old Willie Tatum III is charged with aggravated menacing and domestic violence.
It started Sunday as a breaking-and-entering situation in the area of Dartmouth Avenue and Nelson Road. Several roads were shut down as Columbus Police and SWAT surrounded the home.
After several hours, police say the situation ended peacefully with Tatum and another man surrendering.
