BROADVIEW HEIGHTS, Ohio — A ground breaking ceremony took place for the Cuyahoga County Emergency Operations Center Thursday.
The center, located at 9543 Broadview Road, will serve as the facility for use by all of Cuyahoga County.The building will house the management, operations and its communication system.
There will also be a large training center and a garage to house public safety equipment and vehicles.
“We are happy to partner with the County to provide a secure site for the EOC that will be beneficial to the safety and security of the County,” said Broadview Heights Mayor Samuel Alai.
