Former ODOT Worker Sentenced to 2 Years for Sexually Abusing Teen

According to Fox 28, a former state worker convicted of sexually abusing a teen in a Columbus Metro Park has been sentenced to two years in prison.
Scott Spencer, 57, was sentenced to 24 months in prison for each count of sexual battery he was convicted of, which he’ll serve concurrently.
