This is a great way to honor our military families! According to Fox 28, the Columbus Zoo is saluting military families by hosting Military Family Free Dayz from June 29 through July 5.
On these days, members of the military and their immediate family are welcome to enjoy free admission to the zoo and discounted admission to Zoombezi Bay.
Discounted Zoombezi Bay admission is priced at $22.99 per person. This offer is open to any active duty or veteran military personnel and their immediate family.
Zoo hours are 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Zoombezi Bay is open from 10:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. Military personnel will need to show a military ID or present proof of service to receive this special admission offer.
Parking is $8 per vehicle and immediate family is defined as active or non-active duty military personnel, their spouse and any children living in the household.
