Ohio is the 25th state to legalize marijuana for medicinal use. Governor John Kasich [[ KAY-sick ]] signed a bill yesterday that allows the use of marijuana vapors to relieve chronic health conditions. The legislation does not allow patients to smoke the plant form of marijuana or grow it at home.
