CLEVELAND – A man is facing charges for slashing another man in the face after an argument at the Jack Casino in downtown Cleveland.
Police say the two men got into an argument.
Officers arrested Jowell Bell-King.
Court records say he used a box cutter, cutting the victim in the face and lower back.
The incident happened early Tuesday morning.
