Who said only Victoria’s Secret models can look and feel sexy in lingerie. Lane Bryant is rolling out their Fall collection with a little bit of help from Hollywood. Actresses Danielle Brooks and Gabourey Sidibe answered the call and are slaying the lingerie line’s #ThisBody campaign that is tackling body shaming, diversity and doing so flawlessly!
Alongside the actresses are models Ashley Graham, Candice Huffine and Alessandra Garcia strutting their best assets. In a press release, Brian Beitler, Lane Bryant CMO, stressed that this campaign is to strip away adversity and empower women in all shapes and sizes.
“With the steady rise of social media also comes the scrutiny women face on a daily basis ― both in a positive and negative light. #ThisBody Is Made to Shine aims to strip away the adversity experienced and show all women that it is possible to continue to shine despite what anyone has to say. The women in this campaign shut down their naysayers and do what’s right for them.”
