Dozens of current and former CNN employees are suing the company for racial discrimination. The class action lawsuit filed this week, claims black employees are consistently fired and denied promotions more often than their white co-workers. The lawyer representing the plaintiffs says the discrimination has been going on for decades, and employees have heard racial slurs. CNN has not commented on the suit.
