Prayers up for Erica Garner! She is the daughter Eric Garner, who became a household name after he was slain by NYPD over an untaxed cigarette. His death sparked protest and outrage against the killing of innocent black men all across the country.
After his death, his daughter, Erica Garner, became an advocate for police brutality. Unfortunately, she is not doing so well, at only 27 yrs old, Erica has suffered a massive heart attack and is unable to breath on her own. She is currently in a coma in a Brooklyn hospital. She has 2 children that are rooting for her recovery.

Eric Garner died in 2014 after being placed in a choke hold by an officer on Staten Island. The technique that the officer used is banned, but the officer still was not indicted which sparked nationwide concern and protest.
