This seems like the best idea ever! The City of Ft. Worth Texas, pays their homeless $10 an hour, plus benefits, and paid time off, to help keep the city clean. It allows the homeless to generate some type of income while improving the environment. Last year, they employed over 40 transients. One of the 1st participants is about to move into his own apt after 23 months in a shelter. 3,856 tons of trash was cleaned up last year, in Ft. Worth alone. Do you think they should implement this program in all major cities?
